In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2.4 The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on jlq:
3.1 Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the jlq Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Any material misrepresentation in the registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.3 jlq conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a UMID, driver's license, passport, or PhilSys ID — before withdrawal privileges are activated.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jlq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account. You must notify jlq immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.1 jlq accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 or its USDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be subject to refund and account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals to GCash are processed within ten (10) minutes for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours. 4.5 Deposits credited through promotional errors, technical glitches, or any other system malfunction are not valid and must be reported. jlq reserves the right to void any wagers placed using incorrectly credited funds.

5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times on eligible games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
5.3 jlq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 8.2 Game titles and assets provided by third-party studios remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under license by jlq.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlq's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.2 jlq shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from network outages, server downtime, game malfunctions, or regulatory suspension of services.
9.3 jlq provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

13.4 In the event of any remaining unresolved dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
